Our Italian Smashed Burger is a chef-driven take on a classic - a well-seasoned beef patty smashed for crispy edges, topped with melted provolone, sun-dried tomato aioli, arugula, and served on a buttered brioche bun. The standout non-pasta dish at Aglio.
We grind our own beef daily and smash each patty thin on a screaming-hot griddle to get that signature crispy crust while keeping the inside juicy. Then we layer it with sharp aged provolone, peppery arugula, and a homemade sun-dried tomato aioli for a flavour profile that's unmistakably Italian.
