Our Italian Garlic Bread is the ideal companion to any pasta - thick slices of house-made bread brushed with roasted garlic butter, fresh parsley, and finished with a dusting of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
We start with our own bread, baked daily. Each slice is generously brushed with a butter we infuse with roasted garlic and fresh parsley, then toasted until golden and crisp on the outside while staying soft and pillowy inside.
Just before serving, we hit the bread with a fine grating of aged Parmigiano Reggiano and a touch of flaky sea salt. It's the kind of side that disappears before the pasta even arrives - simple, classic, and unmistakably Italian.
